REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy All transactions conducted herein are deemed irrevocable upon completion, save for instances wherein demonstrable negligence or material nonperformance is solely attributable to the Company. Refund eligibility shall be contingent upon substantiated, documented evidence furnished by the purchaser within a period not exceeding seven (7) calendar days post-delivery. The Company retains exclusive and unilateral discretion to determine the sufficiency, authenticity, and admissibility of such evidence. Claims predicated upon subjective dissatisfaction, preferential variance, or circumstances external to the Company’s direct operational purview shall be considered null and nonactionable. In the event a refund is authorized, restitution shall be processed strictly through the original remittance method and may be prorated to offset transactional or administrative expenditures. By consummating a purchase, the client acknowledges acceptance of these stipulations and expressly waives any ancillary recourse beyond that explicitly delineated herein. This policy constitutes the comprehensive and exclusive agreement governing refund contingencies and supersedes any prior representations, oral or written, pertaining thereto.
